Lecture series 2023

The School of Celtic Studies is happy to announce a series of lectures in early 2023. Entry is free, but reservation will be via Eventbrite. Registration will open approximately ten days before each lecture.

‘The Inks & Skins project: exploring Irish manuscripts’.
Pádraig Ó Macháin (with Daniela Iacopino, Fenella France, John Gillis, Anna Hoffmann and Veronica Biolcati)

Inks & Skins is an IRC Advanced Laureate project based in University College Cork and dedicated to the exploration of the Irish manuscript using scientific and traditional methodologies. This presentation will give an account of the work to date, discuss some of the findings, and talk about future trends and developments.
