Hotel Bookings

All hotel bookings must be made directly with the hotel and all delegates are responsible for their own hotel booking.

The Grand Hotel Malahide

The Grand Hotel is offering a special rate for guests attending the Conference:

Single Room €120.00 - Double/twin room €160.00 (including breakfast)

A code will be sent to you upon registration in order to avail of this rate. There is limited availability at this rate so, once you have registered, we encourage you to book early. These special rates are also available to our delegates who wish to arrive early or stay after the event (subject to availability).

If you would like to share a room, the LOC will organize an online spreadsheet (after abstracts have been assessed by the SOC, before 18th August 2021) in order for participants to share their information and find potential room mates. Participants will be responsible for pairing up and booking the hotel room among themselves.

Other options

Participants are also free to book a room in any other hotel of their preference in Malahide or Dublin. Lunches and coffee breaks are included in the registration fee and will be offered to all delegates, regardless of whether they are staying at the Grand Hotel in Malahide or not.

The Grand Hotel is only about 500m from Malahide DART station, making it easily accesible should someone wish to stay in Dublin city centre, for instance. There are also a few charming B&Bs in Malahide, though we suggest booking early, seeing as August is high season.
