We are closely monitoring the situation as regards COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and we will follow the recommendations of the Irish Health Service Executive and the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies, as organisers. A final decision to go ahead with the meeting for mid-August will be made no later than June 10th, 2020.
At the moment, we aim to organise the conference as planned but please avoid booking flights at this stage as it is not clear what travel restrictions, if any, will be in place. The hotel however may be booked as there is a 7 day cancellation policy.
The abstract submission deadline has been extended to March 31st 2020 and all other deadlines adjusted accordingly. The early-bird registration deadline has been extended to June 17th 2020. In the event the conference cannot go ahead in August 2020, we will offer all participants a full refund of their registration fee, and we will look at postponing it to either later in 2020 or to August 2021.
Late Registration will open on Wednesday 17th June 2020 and close on Friday 17th July 2020.
Abstract submission is now closed. All talks will be assessed by the SOC and decisions will be emailed to all participants in mid April 2020. You will then have until 17th June 2020 to pay your (early-bird) registration fee to confirm your registration.
