Notes:

1. There are a limited number of additional speaking slots for the event.
2. The cost of dinner for regular participants will be approx €40.
3. If you have special dietary requirements please indicate in the comments section above.
4. Regular participants will need to find and fund their own transport and accommodation. However, there is a budget to help students not supported by their own institutions/grants. Please indicate in the additional comments box if you would like to be considered.
