Biographical Sketch :
Johannes holds a Diplom degree in Geophysics (2011) from the Geophysical Institute, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany, which included 5 months of voluntary research at the Centre of Exchange and Research in Volcanology in Colima, Mexico. He started his PhD in volcano seismology in 2012 in the Geophysics Group at University College Dublin, which moved to DIAS in 2015. He was an Early Stage Researcher in the Marie Curie Initial Training Network “NEMOH” for 36 months and received additional funding in the EU Seventh Framework Programme “FutureVolc”.
