Solarfest 2016 is a two-day event about solar astronomy taking place from 11th to 12th June at Dunsink Observatory. It is organised by the Irish Federation of Astronomical Societies in conjunction with the School of Cosmic Physics, DIAS. This is a free public event but advance booking is required here.

The South Dome with the Grubb Telescope will be open to visitors for the duration of the event.
