DIAS is seeking to appoint a Research Assistant on a short term contract to work on an inter-disciplinary research project entitled “When Experts Disagree” funded by the Irish Research Council (see http://wexd.eu), The RA will assist the Project PIs in running the project and engage in related research activities including personal research where this complements and enhances the overall project.
The person appointed must have good organisational and communication skills. The position is available from 1 February and will run until the end of the project, currently foreseen for September 2017. The salary is €25,712 per annum inclusive of employer PRSI and pension contributions and the standard Irish public sector employment regulations apply.
