Description of role: Responsible for accounts payable within the organisation. Duties include processing invoices, weekly payment runs and completing RCT / PSWT returns. Other responsibilities include the issuing of book sales invoices, keeping accurate inventory records and managing the book stores area. Creditors ledger experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills required together with good computer skills. A proficient level of excel is required. A working knowledge of Dynamics will be an advantage.
Salary: Clerical Officer scale, €21,878 – €37,341 (New Entrants, PPC scale). For persons entering the Public Sector for the first time, the starting pay will be at the minimum of the scale (i.e. €21,878p.a.)
